Reputable.bot operates a strict policy of data minimisation. This means that we will only ask you for details that are absolutely necessary to provide you with the services you have purchased.

• We do not sell customer contact data to other service providers.
• We will not publicise your use of Reputable.bot for our own marketing purposes without express consent.
• The Reputable.bot system is hosted on Google Cloud Services. We have made commercially reasonable efforts to test the data security of our systems. We offer no guarantees, express or implied, that they are secure against data breaches, data release accidents, or malicious actors.

2. Account Management & Sign-Up

Sign up and Sign in to Reputable.bot is strictly through "Sign In With Google" or Google Identity Services (GIS). As such, Reputable.bot receives certain limited information and tokens from Google. These include your name and email address.

We will use details provided via GIS exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• To provide you with an operational account on Reputable.bot.
• To contact you for operational reasons that pertain to Reputable.bot (e.g., service availability or non-availability).
• To inform you of major feature upgrades to the system.
• To inform you of changes in the way in which features operate on the Reputable.bot system.
• To inform you of pricing changes.

3. Confidentiality of Chatbot Testing & Custom Personas

When you run tests using Reputable.bot, the resulting dialogues and conversational analysis are strictly confidential to you as the originator of the test. Reputable.bot is not designed to allow other users to see these results.

Reputable.bot operates using a system of personas and includes the possibility of creating Custom Personas. When a customer creates a Custom Persona, the wording of the Custom Persona is private to the customer who created it. It cannot be seen by other customers. We will not routinely disclose testing results or custom personas to any other person. However, it is possible that courts may command disclosure. Where isAI Tech Ltd is legally obliged to disclose specific information to a relevant court, it will oblige.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

Payment for Reputable.bot is facilitated securely via Stripe LLC. To use Reputable.bot services, you will need to provide certain financial information directly to Stripe. This is held exclusively on Stripe servers. No payment details (such as credit card numbers or bank information) are held on the Reputable.bot system.

5. Statistical Analysis & Data Retention

Reputable.bot retains the right to run statistical analysis of how customers use the system. Such analysis strictly preserves the privacy of individual customers and is fully anonymised.

• Identifiable Client Information: We retain client account information (such as email and account identifiers) for 60 days following the closure or termination of your account, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
• Anonymised Statistics: Data used securely for anonymised statistical analysis and service improvement is retained indefinitely.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use "essential functional cookies" to maintain your login state, secure your session, and allow the core website mechanics to operate safely. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our platform to improve user experience.
